Hello! If you’re here you’re probably wondering who I am and what I’m all about. Well, my journey began in historic Providence, Rhode Island, on a cold, early winter morning on the 10th of January, 1997.  It was on this day that I, Sofia Capriel Bolanos, began observing and experiencing this beautifully complex world we live in.  I have spent my life exercising my love for debate, and have been a member of just about every debate and mock trial team available to me.  This practice has instilled in me the ability to apply a birds-eye perspective and pick any side of just about any topic while finding valid evidence to support it.   With these skills I seek to study the totality of the major events that shape and shake society, and explore why a single occurrence can breed wildly different responses.  It is fascinating to me how no two people experience life in the same way.   Every single one of you have grown up with different personalities and environments that influence how you view your world on a daily basis, and yet, together each individual mind adds up to create the society we all live in.  It is my mission here at Flyers Liars and Toast to bring these opposing viewpoints together in healthy, respectful, discussion based atmosphere, with the hopes of instilling in all of us the desire to understand, rather than to judge.
